Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

I was surprised that the line wasn't out the door when I arrive until I sat down to eat and I was surrounded by people waiting to order. So every chipotle is like this. The portions are this location were huge. They spared no expense. The dining room was a little messy. The bathrooms were gross. Everything food wise was great. Fresh tasting and hot. Chipotle kind of sells itself but this location was just ok. I would come back here if I wanted to gorge because of the amount of food they give you, but would definitely not use the restroom even if I needed to.

Who doesn't love a big tummy filling burrito. love this place only the greedy like myself would devour it all. It's so good and worth every penny. Good customer service, nice/simple atmosphere.

It's a Chipotle, not sure why people are ragging on it. It's busy, but they all are. The food is good / typical of the chain. It's more expensive then fast food, but you'd expect that. The workers have been completely great in my experience, and if I'm not in a hurry I love going here. Don't be in a hurry, or you will have problems.

We drive to this location even though there is a closer one near to our house. Chipotle is so good and we eat it often due to food allergies in my family. I am just going to say what we like about this location. They know what cross-contamination means for when they make soft corn tortillas after the flour tortillas and they follow it. Nothing is ever missing from our orders when we do them online. The line is always set up with all the food options and I never have to wait or miss out. The management is directing the staff and helping.

Great place to have lunch or dinner. Price is affordable and the place is not to crowded. They just need to clean a little better, entrance doors are filthy and bathroom can use a check up. Over all price is fair, and food is decent.

Three certains when it comes to Chipoltes: 1) There's going to be a line 2) It's going to be loud 3) The food will be good. I love a good burrito with fresh chips and salsa, these guys deliver both of those. The drink area was very clean and offered a wide variety of hot sauces. All in all a good meal.

We got there at 9pm and at 9:35pm we finally ordered. Very BAD service. Lazy unmotivated employees lacking customer service skills. Took the order wrong and then they forgot to give us our salad dressings. I rather drive 10 more minutes to go to another one.

Arrived at this Chipotle on Friday (1/2/15) at about 3:00pm, the line was super long as is usually the case at this place. It seemed that the line didn't even moved for about 15 minutes while the workers looked uncoordinated, tired and not caring of the fact that people were waiting a long long time to be served. I guess if I was the owner, I too, wouldn't care since all these customers don't mind the poor service and are willing on waiting till eternity to get their burrito. Finally got to the guy taking my order (tall black guy) and he was like a robot going through the motions. My burrito was passed down the line and the young lady asked me what else I wanted but I had to scream it to her because of the loud music and all the other customers still in front of me waiting to pay. Just before i get to the cashier, (Andrea, as per the receipt) takes a phone call and actually stepped away from the register to tend to the call. My burrito is now siting on the counter for several minutes and getting cold. She returns to the register and took care of the entire transaction while still on the phone call. Of course, I complained to her about her lack of customer service but she was too busy on the call and taking my money to even care. My payment receipt shows a time of 3:46 which means I waited in line for 46 minutes. I'm the fool for waiting as I should have left when I came in and saw that the line was not moving. All the this time, there were 4 Chipotle employees eating in the restaurant. My first job was at a fast food restaurant (a million years ago) and when we were busy, nobody took breaks until all customers were served. Of course that was back then and in today's world, the customer is treated as crap and this particular Chipotle does an excellent job at this. So here's the bottom line: Extremely long wait time of at least 30 to 40 minutes. Poor service. Dirty soda area/dispenser. Understaffed and poorly run restaurant (if you can call it that).

The line had 24 people waiting in line (yes I counted), when i got to the counter the people behind the counter didn't seem concerned to quickly attend to both online orders (from what I assume) and the line. I work as a bartender at a high volume bar and taking into consideration my experience they could have more customer friendly demeanors while preparing orders quickly and not being concerned about one another instead THE CUSTOMER. The girl that checked us out at the register was sweet and helpful

I've been to this chipotle 4 times over the past 4 months for both lunch and dinner and I've been disappointed every time. The staff has no sense of urgency and do not make any effort to keep the line moving. The worst chipotle I've ever been too. Portions are smaller than normal. Dissapointed

If you call your order in ahead of time then this is a great spot for lunch. Whenever I come here at almost any time the line is huge. When you call it in though you go straight to the front of the line. I tried burritos for a while until I looked at the health menu and saw they are over 1,000 calories each. I switched to salad bowls from there and they are pretty healthy. The food here, if you don't smother it in sour cream, cheese and tortilla is one of the healthier places to eat in Coral Springs. Chicken, barbacoa, grilled vegetables and beans are really good.

Somewhere between 3 and 4 stars for a great burrito- however, I hate that they charge extra for guacamole, and that chips don't come with the meal. Also, didn't see queso or green salsa at all! I did like that they offered brown rice, but I have been a moe's fan since those opened and I much prefer them!! Not bad, though..

The food in this restaurant is very good and tasty, my kids and my mom in law love it, they have a variety of selection, and in my opinion they are very healthy. But today, I left there unsatisfy not because of their food but because of their service, the servers were like robots, they had no smiles at all, when I asked them questions, they were like tired, not wanting to answer and I am talking about 3pm, not like it's their closing time. And also the utensil and soda fountain was very dirty, they need more attention there. I've been to another Chipotle restaurant by Pembroke Pine and their service was much better. Hope they can improve.

Even with long lines, they keep things moving. That's good because they are always busy here...

Ugh!!!! CHIPOTLE!!! I love their food so I don't mind paying $$$$$ for it. However, I asked for extra cheese and sour cream on my tacos :( it was like she didn't even hear me. I wanted chips with my guacamole. Now I'm back at the office with no chips!!! SLOW IT DOWN A LITTLE, SMILE, and GET THE ORDER RIGHT!!! $8.53 for 3 chicken tacos and a side of guacamole. Too bad the guacamole will have to be thrown out!!!! Came a few days ago girls on the line awesome job!!! Today AHHHHHH

A haiku for you: Great Mexican food Fantastico Burrito I love eating here

While I choose to go here because it is so close in location for me, the service is exceptionally slow and the food can be almost unsuitable even for a strong stomach. On the weeknights the line even at 9 at night is 15 to 20 people deep. That I guess happens when you have one or two people trying to do everything, way to cheap out with the staff in this local. Also, the last time i dined here which was two weekends ago from this weekend I became extremely sick after eating here as I do feel they under cook the meat sometimes at this local. I hope they can step their game up at this Chipotle as the food at other locals is generally great and fresh with reliable service.

Excellent, quality food at a reasonable price. The place is clean, busy. If you're going during peak times (lunch, dinner), then expect a wait. You can order ahead via fax or online to get your order to go. Tends to be noisy. Excellent staff at this location, helpful, friendly.

Good food fast service, not pricey fresh , clean

I am absolutely addicted to Chipotle. I try to go once every week but sometimes I'm not able to. I'd eat Chipotle everyday if I could.

Love Chipotle! Always packed with a long line at this location so be prepared, or order online, or through your smartphone... A great place to get your burrito, taco, salad fix on!
(4)Penelope P.
Not very authentic Mexican taste for those of us who've had the opportunity to taste Mexican food in the southwestern portion of the states. Thus, their prices should reflect this more as they are just an notch above Taco Bell even with using fresh ingredients!

I went to see a doctor and when I finished with my appointment before getting into my car, I saw there's a chipotle. Since I don't feel like cooking, I went and bought some burrito for my husband. I know how he likes it so I ordered and brought it home for him to take to work. During his break, he sent a message saying, I guess I found my favorite food for work, hehe... It would have been nice if it is something I made from scratch. But then again, I'm happy that he likes it, and that's what matters. Definitely coming back to this place!

Limited menu but exceptionally fresh and reasonably priced. Burritos wrapped or in a bowl. Tacos - hard or soft shell. Those are your options. Plenty of goodness to stuff inside... huge fan of the carnitas (pork) Beer available, open until 10pm. So delicious and fresh that the Steak and Shake next door went out of business.
(4)Nathan S.
Its cheap because rice and beans cost them about 3 cents to the dollar you pay
(2)Roland S.
I was in here again today, and while it was busy, they were fast, efficient, and super-friendly. This is probably as good as it gets for chain fast food, and this is my pick for the best Chipotle location around. Still price, portion size, and taste were all top-notch.

I love that people love Chipotle! Burritos made to order with fresh ingredients and nice spice -- what more could you ask for? Wait, it gets better! It's cheap, and you walk away satisfied... seriously, it doesn't get much better than that. Cheap eats that taste good -- sounds like a winner to me!
